As of now, we have one room mate jettisoning from the house after this year's lease. It's up in October, so in about 4ish months we need to figure something out.
I'm still jobless, so I've been locked in to job hunting every day, just incase the other two guys decide to fall out.

A city that corrals the ever growing lower class into a denser, and denser ball. Willfully neglecting that ball, in hopes that the inter-social tensions will cause enough psychological fatigue that it kills itself, or bends over happily for crumbs and lashes.

Albeit, that's to live in a place where I want to live. There are cheaper places to squat for sure, I'm just not hard enough or waspy enough to live there.
I see a few nice-ish spots for around $1,400. Close to my original home town too, so I know the area.
