Horror Movies and The Fall of Western Civilization
Boner Season
My coworker has been watching a bunch of "The Conjuring" movies on the office tv. It doesn't bug me to the point of crashing out, but those movies are horror-slop.
Loud jumpscare with haunted child.
I couldn't give less than one-half of a shart.
I suffer from chronic pussy disease, and I hate being at the end of a jumpscare. Not because of the anticipation, or the fear, but because I don't want anyone to see me jump. I feel like my dad would point and laugh at me if I jumped, even though he's nowhere near me. Perhaps through an open window, like that kid from The Simpsons.
So I barricade myself from most horror themed things.
Halloween and "Spooky Season" just remind me how far dissociated I am with my fellow humans. Everybody seems to look forward to watching Poop Fucker's Revenge: 2, because it's a cult classic HOW COULD YOU NOT LIKE IT?
Horror as a genre tends to put me in a shitty ass introspective mood. I dunno- it's just not for me.
I like funny and sad movies.
Horror things I do like:
Alien Abduction Slop
Alien(s) and Promethius
Voices of The Void
Resident Evil 1
The Misfits and Type O Negative
